What are the chances of Altitude Sickness for trekking in the Himalayas?
The risk of altitude sickness is only when you are doing high altitude treks. Altitude strikes unknowingly and can even hit the fittest! However this does not necessarily mean that it can happen to you. Our trek leaders and sherpas who accompany all our treks have a very high understanding of AMS and the associated risks. These people decide what would be best for you in such a situation.
